Was served by Kevin who was more than helpful and friendly with good knowledge of products

went into the Sheldon store earlier today and was greeted by Kevin. He explained about the different mattresses and the colour coding for firmness. He asked what size of bed I was looking for and what price range. He was really helpful, but not pushy. He even provided me with a memory foam pillow to try and encouraged me to try lots of different beds so I got to know what was right for me. The store was really well laid out making it easy to select which beds I was interested in. I decided to think about it but came back later and again was greeted warmly by another member of staff who offered me a drink whilst Kevin finished with another customer as I wanted to wait for him. Kevin remembered me and which bed I had been interested in earlier. Again he was very knowledgeable and wanted to make sure I was happy with my chioce. He went through the products such as insurance protection and disposal of my old bed and arranged a convenient date for delivery. I couldn't be more impressed with the service I received today and will be highly recommending Dream Beds to my family and friends in the future. I can't wait for my new bed to arrive !!

We need not have worried as we were welcomed by a very friendly member of staff named Toni who greeted us with a smile and the offer of a drink. We found Toni very informative about the product we had gone to look at, a Tempur mattress. Both my husband and I suffer with back problems and having seen the mattresses advertised we were keen to find out if they would be beneficial for us. Toni took the time to explain all the benefits of the various Tempur mattresses and gave us a demonstration in the Tempur Pod, giving us time and space without being overbearing. Given the cost of the mattress we explained that we were not looking to make a purchase that day, Toni continued to be on hand to answer any questions we had. Toni had taken the time to explain the adjustable beds that the Tempur display had in the pod. Having visited a number of other stores that day, we returned to Dreams because we both felt we had been given excellent service and that Toni had not been overbearing in her approach. The result was we not only purchased the mattresses but we also purchased the adjustable bases.

Matt was extremely helpful and his relaxed approach was much appreciated... we bought some pillows on his recommendation and they are fantastic, thank you very much

I only went in to dreams to see what they had on offer. Ended up buying a mattress that I think will suite me well, as I have got a bad back. Catherine who was the assistant was very helpful and very well mannered .

Nicola was very patient and gave us a lot of information, assistance but also allowed us time to discuss with each other the options that suited us best. Excellent Customer Service which is rare these days

Matt served me in the Sheldon Branch and he explained all about the mattresses as I was not sure of my needs. I was not rushed with my order and they even made me a coffee whilst I was doing all the paperwork.
