The range of products was good. The store was tidy and well laid out and the staff were very helpful without being too pushy.

Staff very helpful and friendly, not just our individual Sale person - Toni, free to try beds and not hovered over, so no feeling of pressure. Offered drinks, and a biscuit which was nice. Given time to make up our minds, full advised and staff happy to offer assistance and advise throughout.

Kathryn who looked after us was great , nothing two much trouble , and got a coffee as well .

Very pleased, assistant pleasant and helpful and then left us to try more if we wanted and she was available to assist with order and help as required. Good experience.

Your in store staff were friendly, welcoming and informative and couldn't help me enough. My mattress was delivered in the allocated time slot and I was informed by email and text of the time that it would be arriving. Very impressed!!

The whole experience was a "dream". location, parking, nice bright store, friendly knowledgeable assistant, ordering process and delivery. Cannot fault at all.

Had the choice of beds, tried most of them out, Toni the assistant was very friendly, didn't get annoyed when grandchild tried the bed's on her own. Offered a cuppa by the manager. When we choose the bed we liked because it was in a clearance sale we got a fantastic deal. Bed is being delivered on Wednesday, can't wait to get a good night's sleep. I would recommend Dreams to anyone, it's true you get what you pay for.
