Me, my mum and Dad visited the Sheldon store. What a credit the whole team are to dreams especially Toni and Kat, I had excellent service and will recommend this store to everyone I know. Thankyou for your time and excellent customer service.

just what we were looking for and the store assistants knowledge was excellent

The assistant who helped me (Nichola) was very helpful in finding the bed that suited both my needs and my budget. The bed arrived earlier today (10/10) and the delivery guys were also very helpful, quick on deliver and very polite. I would definitely recommend, thanks for great service!

Nicola went above and beyond to accommodate and show me all the options. I was indecisive so Nicola have me time and support to make the best choice. I was offer tea and she made feel comfortable and reassured that my choice was the correct one. I believe Nicole would be a great store manger, she shows passion, caring and adapts to the customer attitude. I would recommend my friends from my experience. Thankyou.

Matt from the sheldon branch was friendly, welcoming and not to pushy, he took time to help us find the right products that suited our needs! I would recommend this branch and staff to anyone looking for a new bed! The experience wasn't any where near as stressful as I thought it would be!

I visited the store at 9.30 on my own to check out items I had seen on the Internet and to try mattresses. I cannot fault the service I got from Toni. She listened to what I wanted, offered help and recommendations and allowed me to take my time in trying several different mattresses. She drew up a quote and worked out costs, explaining all services offered. So when I returned several hours later, with my husband, I hoped that Toni would be available, but she was serving other customers. However she excused herself, introduced us to her colleague Matt and went back to her customers. Matt was just as helpful, he placed our order and explained everything to us. When Toni had finished with her customers, she came and checked with us that we were happy before we left the store. I must say both sales people demonstrated excellent customer service and made us feel special. Based on my experience yesterday, I would not hesitate to recommend Dreams to friends and family. I just hope your delivery service and products match up to your store personnel.

The staff were very friendly welcoming and attentive. We noticed as soon as we arrived that the staff had a great energy and seemed very happy people.Toni, Kat and a male staff member who we cannot remember the name of were very helpful and spent 2 hours helping us to find the right mattress. We were offered tea and coffee throughout our shopping experience and did not feel pressured into buying into any products. The staff were very knowledgable and understood our difficult decision without being pushy. We really appreciate all their help and can’t wait for our mattress to arrive :) thanks to all the team at Sheldon Dreams, Birmingham
