Quick and easy to find the bed we needed

Toni was very impressive. Her product knowledge was greatly appreciated and there was nothing she couldn't answer. As we visited the store with our two small children it was great that they were offered colouring and a balloon to occupy them whilst we were making decisions and we were even offered a hot or cold drink! I would not hesitate in revisiting the store and dealing with the staff members again. We felt comfortable making decisions and at no time felt bothered or pushed/ pressured. It was a highly a enjoyable shopping experience and I would definitely return for further purchases.

We were served by a sales assistant named Matt who made the visit very enjoyable and is the key reason to out purchase

Staff were friendly and helpful. Took the time to fully explain all the options of products and the suitability for us. Honest about prices and what you got for your money and showed us all the relavent options.
