Friendly staff,on 1st visit was greeted by Jason I explained what bed I was after,Jason showed me all ottoman beds on his advice went home to measure room.On return to store Toni took my order and was very thorough with paperwork being friendly whilst dealing with my request.On both occasions I was offered tea or coffee.

We was served by someone called Matt at the Sheldon branch in Birmingham. Matt couldn't of been anymore helpful than he was. His customer service was outstanding and had excellent product knowledge.
