Great staff, really happy in their work, lovely atmosphere, lots to look at and some bargains to have...even asked if I wanted a drink even though I was just buy a mattress protector.. Great Store..

Asst took time to find out our needs, understood them, offered options clearly explained and processed order very efficiently.

Ahktar who assisted me was friendly, polite, extremely knowledgeable and patient. I did not feel pressure at any time to buy. He listened to what I wanted and helped to meet my needs.

Both Jason and Toni were highly informative, knowledgeable about the product and very friendly in providing the answers to our questions. A very professional experience.

The first staff member I saw, following my requirements was very helpful, professional and friendly. I had done some research on-line prior or my visit, however he suggested another mattress which I may like which I did try. Throughout my visit there was no pressure to buy which was good. I was also offered a coffee which was a touch. Overall a very good experience.

The knowledge of the staff members. How helpful the staff where, in particular Matthew. Staff were very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Staff answered all questions, gave extra information and understood our needs. Staff went above and beyond to give exceptional customer service.

Akhtar was very helpful he knew his products and thought carefully which product would suit us with the budget we had. He did not push the sale and gave us time to reflect. Overall a very good service.
