We were met as soon as we went in the shop by Matthew who explained to us the colour banding son the bed. We were impressed by the friendliness of the staff and the prices.

We went in with not much idea of what we wanted to look for and were greeted by Matt, the Assistant Manager at the Sheldon store in Birmingham, who was very supportive and knowledgeable with suggestions while not making it feel like he was trying to sell to us. I have a massive hatred of salesmen and found Matt's approach perfect for how we wanted a retail experience. He gave us a bit of time to walk around and once we found something that we were interested in, approached us to see if we needed help. After a few questions, he gave us some good suggestions and showed us a very good instore offer. Very satisfied with the sales experience and the price we got for exactly what we were after

Matthew remembered us from last time we visited which was nice. We were even offered a hot drink which was a nice touch! He took his time when we were deciding and couldn’t have been more helpful. Nothing was too much problem. Thank you Matthew.

The assistant listened to me, helped me as iam an older guy, didn't push me into something I didn't want or couldn't afford, made me a cup of tea and took her time to understand my needs

We were extremely happy with our visit to dreams beds, at first we were nervous about purchasing a bed for the first time, but Toni was great. We were offered a cup of tea and didn't feel harassed at all. We had alot of questions about what mattress we would want but Toni quickly made us feel very confident about what we were after. the colour schemes to show you what mattresses were what really helped and we left feeling super excited for our bed to arrive. We also purchased the 8 years cover on both the frame and the mattress. Brilliant store, brilliant staff and a cracking cup of tea.

I needed a bed delivered within a week and the sales assistant Akhtar helped us choose the right bed and mattress and managed to get us a date for delivery
