The emplyee that that helped me was very understanding of my needs in a bed with alot of knowledge which made the process very easy.

We were approached by I believe it was Toni, she was knowledgeable and helped us to find the ideal mattress, explained how & when the delivery would take place. She made it clear that should we experience any problems she would be available to get things sorted.

The lady I dealt with (Toni) was very friendly and really knowledgeable, she bent over backwards to help me and advised of the interest free methods of payment along with the fantastic additional cover I could take out. She wasn't pushy and made me, my wife and little boy feel very welcome.

I am a regular customer at the Sheldon store and find the service second to none, Toni was her normal happy helpful self even though we were just buying pillows

I was highly satisfied because during the process of placing the order I had a problem in which my card was declined due to a direct debit coming out in which I’d forgotten about and therefor needed WiFi to connect to my mobile banking app to transfers funds across in which I did with help to the man who served me who gifted me some of his mobile data in order to do so.
