I was very happy with the service I received from your colleague Stephanie. She was knowledgeable, helpful and courteous. I was offered a drink while we were completing the order, which I found impressive as this is not usually on offer when you go into a store to purchase an item. It was also explained to me that it was a paperless transaction and I have the order on my laptop,to be printed off at my leisure. I am looking forward to receiving my new mattress on Monday, 7th January 2019.
