I thought Toni was really friendly and easy to talk to regarding what we are looking for. She gave us plenty of options to choose from and gave us time to have a think and didn’t feel rushed to pick. Very happy with the bed and can’t wait to get it delivered now.

we only went to browse after going to many other shops ,was greeted by friendly assistant Toni who was not too pushy ,she answered all our questions and we felt at ease and placed an order with her ,well pleased

great customer service and very helpful even with my son jabbering away being a pain. also a very dishy member of staff. made my day :)

Matt at the Sheldon store was extremely helpful. The mattress we wanted wasn't in stock so he spent time phoning other local stores to check availability. When none were available, we were able to take an alternative from display and he bundled this up for us and helped us into the car. Really friendly and helpful.

The colleague who I spoke to - Matt, was helpful, friendly, and explained everything to me clearly and in as much detail as I required. He also spent a long time with me, understanding my specific sleeping needs and recommending a suitable mattress accordingly

I managed to get what I wanted for the right price with excellent service from the sales person. Who offered me a tea and allowed me time on my own to think about the different options.

The item I wanted to look at wasn't in store to look at but Toni showed me some things that were similar, really great product knowledge on stock, nice friendly atmosphere with no pushy sale, Topped off with a lovely cup of tea.
