First class service. I was given assistance in store on technical issues about which I was uncertain. Everything explained concisely by Toni in the Birmingham Sheldon branch. Very helpful to me.

The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable about the products. I had brought along a photo of my old mattress label and they were able to locate a similar one immediately. The staff were very pleasant and helpful without being 'pushy'. I was able to try out the mattresses which was very useful. All in all an excellent experience in the store. Communications were excellent and the mattress was delivered just six days later, at the earliest time on the 'delivery window'. The delivery guy was very efficient and the mattress was inside my property in seconds. Excellent service all round!

Good customer service

Toni served us at the Sheldon branch. She greeted us on entry and offered us a drink. We were given pillows that she explained had been sanitized . We used the sleep match bed and consequently bought a natures finest mattress 14450 SK . We also invested in some new pillows. Toni was extremely knowledgeable and courteous and explained everything about the delivery in full detail, she is an asset to your company !!
