The colleague that helped (Toni) was really helpful and knowledgeable about our needs and really went over and above helping us to select the right item for us. If we could of scored more than 10 we would of done, really pleased with the service.

The customer service was absolutely astounding. I was offered a cuppa never expected or experienced customer service like. Fantastic team in Sheldon. They explained everything concisely and reassured me on every level of service including the guarantee. Would definitely go to the store again.

The assistant Toni new the product well ad at their same time training a colleague She was very polite and friendly .not pushy at all.toni she dealt with usin a was very professional

Matthew the sales assistant was brilliant. He was attentive and knowledgeable but not pushy. He made us feel comfortable in trying the beds out and even made me a coffee!! Fantastic service!!

Approached by a lady called Toni. Made cup of coffee however felt no pressure to buy. Was allowed to wander and was available if needed to ask questions. When decision made Toni was very knowledgeable very connected and cared what she was doing.
