Staff were knowledgeable and helpful. Prices seemed reasonable.

I came with to look for a bed I asked a member of staff for help his name was Mathew a very nice gentleman he helped me a lot he had good knowledge about beds He explained everything in detail for me he explained the price he helped me find the best deal he was very patient with me aswell

I was treated with the greatest respect jennie who served me let me try out the beds to see which one suited me the best as i have a bad back .i was offered a cup of tea , and i was given the best affordable payment plan .jennie even gave me a pillow to use .i spent over an hour in the store and came out a very happy coustomer .

The shop assistant was very friendly and not at all pushy. She offered us a drink which we needed after a long day bed shopping.

Because the Assistance was excellent, the assistant knew what I needed.

Jenni was very accomadating and friendle. She showed us around with no pressure to buy. Rest of staff were very friendly. Store very clean

We visited initially in mid March and had some great service and advice from the staff and they were as good again yesterday when we went back to buy our new mattress. Very professional, friendly and extremely knowledgeable and able to answer all of our questions.

The staff were highly attentive to us considering we had no idea of what bed we wanted. They were very patient throughout and each of them gave unbiased advice about what bed they would recommend for me. Really great service.

The assistant (JF36) Jennifer was more than helpful, as was her colleague. Both had a very good sales technique and were very friendly. It didn't take us long to find what we wanted and were soon on our way,
