Jenni was very helpful and friendly When choosing our mattress she recommended we try the electric match machine to see what it said.Good job as we would have chosen a different one.When checking beds out I was pleased to be offered a pillow of my choice and a hot drink.We were not put under pressure to buy I had time to have a proper look.When deciding which bed I wanted I also received help on duvets pillows etc.

Jenny in store was remarkably friendly and really helpful. Her knowledge helped us get exactly what we wanted.

We were served by Toni who was great gave us time to shop but let us know she was there, we were offered a drink and talked through the different ranges. When we were struggling on what mattress was for us she took us to your sleep match system which was great and helped us narrow down the search. She was knowledgeable about the products and even gave us different pillows to try to complement the mattresses. We felt very informed and helped us make a great decision that we are happy with - can’t wait for the bed to arrive now!
