The dream's colleague Manoj and store manager Steph were very friendly, helpful, attentive and understood our needs very well.

The assistant knew what he was talking about. My questions were answered and I was able to test the beds to find my ideal one. The prices and availability including headboard range was superb and the delivery date was my choice. Im really pleased with my purchase and wouldn't hesitate in going back there. The overall experience was stress free and painless. Highly satisfied.

Matt who served us in the shop was very helpful and friendly. He took the time to explain things a couple of times when necessary to my father whose hearing/understanding isn´t so good. He was extremely patient. Nothing was too much trouble. He showed beds which were in our range and took a range of pillows off the shelf for us to try. Overall a very good experience. Thank you Matt.

Jenni, our salesperson, was very friendly and knowledgable. She did not pressurise us and made the buying experience a pleasant one.

Stephanie and the other ladies were completely charming and entertaining. Made me lots of cups of tea and attended to me while trying to navigate a mattress choice. I finally settled on one and I have to say the sleepmatch machine really made this the quickest choice I've ever had!! Stephanie and the team really were gems

Jenny was lovely, not at all pushy and considered the needs of both of our picky children. We left to try some other stores after we discovered we had to wait longer than we wanted for delivery. What a nightmare, pushy salesmen, huffers and puffers at our children and general rudeness towards us when we said we'd think about it. We decided that the delivery was worth the wait in order to deal with an actual nice person who understood and was patient with our requirements, so we came back to the Sheldon Dreams store and placed our order with Jenny. You can't buy service like that.

Staff were friendly and helpful

The member of staff serving on both of our visits was friendly and helpful with a lot of knowledge about the mattresses. I had my little boy with me and both members of staff were friendly to him and did not seem phased that he was trying out every bed too! This made me feel at ease and very relaxed and able to enjoy bed shopping.
