Great shop, friendly staff lots of stock to see

I was welcomed by Toni, who handled my previous purchase a few weeks ago. Unexpectedly I had to go and purchase a new bed base for my son and didn’t expect to buy the bed so quickly, but I knew what I wanted and the budget, and Toni was able to guide me quickly to the type of bed I was after. Within 20 minutes I had placed the order, for delivery in two week’s time.

Friendly staff, clean store, good range of products but highly satisfied because of the level of care and service we received from Toni, She even provided Tea and biscuits, Fantastic caring touch.

The salesman Manoj was very personable, friendly but professional and nothing was too much trouble for him. He was very patient and even got us a cup of tea.

We were assisted by Manoj at the Sheldon store who was very friendly and helpful. He helped us right away with new technology (sleepmatch) for picking a mattress, and then made everything affordable for us. 10/10 on customer service

Toni was fantastic, polite helpful and not at all pushy

Products were displayed in an easy to understand display.The staff member was very helpful and it made our visit easier to view and not pushy as this always puts me off.

We were in desperate need of a new bed and as I have Fibromyalgia and back problems I like a softer more supportive bed but my husband prefers something firmer. Matthew the team member who helped us was brilliant. I really felt he understood our needs and his product knowledge enabled us to select the mattress we needed. He also knew all about the bases and headboards, colours, materials etc. We had a great visit and all the staff were friendly and attentive without being overbearing. We would not hesitate to recommend Dreams to our friends and family.
