I was highly satisfied due to the fantastic customer service i received whilst i visited the store in sheldon. Upon arrival i was greeted by adam whom was very friendly and helpful I advised him i was just looking for now as my exchange date isn't yet confirmed. He left me to it until he could see I needed help he approached and was extremely helpful he advised the bed i had a particularly got in mind was on a special limited time deal which i knew myself as i kno tempur products dont come on sale often. Adam advised i could order in store today and then let dreams know when im ready for a delivery. Very pleased with the fantastic service i received

Myself and my husband were greeted with a smile we found the staff very helpful,we visited the store at Coventry Road Birmingham and was assisted by a gentleman by the name of Manoj who was very happy to see to our every need, he spoke to us with great respect and fantastic customer service. We have bought from Dreams previously so we knew we would get great quality. We can’t wait to sleep on our new mattress even though we spent £1, 100 it’s well worth the money.
