Friendly staff, lots of stock to look at, few issues with placing order but brilliant Assistant manager sorted everything out for us

Matthew at Sheldon store was outstanding . Witty and nothing was too much trouble. 10/10. He made the visit quick and he understood why I had chose that store. I look forward to my matress also he explained recycling. I came away confident with his knowledge and expertise. Please award him hes an asset to your company working on a sunday too

The colleagues were really knowledgeable and friendly. Adam was excellent at tailoring the products to our needs and the lady manager helped keep the kids behaving which resulted in us being able to stay long enough to purchase the bed. All of the colleagues collaborated to help us. An amazing service and team approach

Matt helped us to find what we where looking for and then did a very detailed description of it, He then took our order and found the delivery time for it' A very satisfactory transaction throughout#

We were welcomed into the store by Matthew who immediately asked us if we'd like a cup of tea or coffee. Very impressed straightaway. He explained the different types of mattress available and showed us several headboards. He was very knowledgeable and pleasant throughout. His colleague then came into the store and, again, asked if we'd like a cuppa. Both gentlemen were friendly and helpful throughout.
