The store assistant welcomed us into the shop and asked if we had been before and told us about the match machine. The machine that calibrates the mattresses recommended for my husband and I was really helpful and made choosing a less daunting experience and a great starting point, however the store assistant did show us other mattresses that were relevant to the feedback we gave her during the time we spent trying out. She was very patient with us as we were trying to decide between a final 2! this took quite a while She also interacted with our children and told them about the relaxation room experience on the tempur mattress. We were offered drinks and given a choice of pillows. She even gave me a side sleeper type (I didn't know these existed). Plenty of room in the store and no pressure to buy or rush. knowing that we have the 40 night to ensure our mattress is comfortable is also reassuring.

The Team were excellent. Matt who served us and a female member of staff who also assisted, talking to our young son when there were no other customers to serve, were fantastic. Great product knowledge. Our second visit to the store and so glad to see the great customer service is still there a few years on.

Because we were treated well, didnt have to wait and got what we went for.

As soon as we entered the store we were greeted immediately, Toni was extremely helpful and knowledgable from the beginning. We loved the machine that determines which mattress suited our needs best. She quickly found us a mattress that felt perfect. Toni was very helpful but also allowed us to browse and discuss alone, which we felt was a massive plus.

Toni in the Sheldon branch was very knowledgable about all the products She was very personable, helpful but not intrusive

Excellent attention and advice

Toni was fantastic, we came in just to look because we really had no idea what we were looking for, she was patient, caring and listened to our needs, We told her we weren't buying today but still gave us her full attention, we did buy pillows she recommend though.

We were greeted by the assistant as we entered the store and were given all the assistance we required to find the best product suited to our needs. We never felt we were being pushed.

Buying a bed in my holiday was not something I envisaged or was looking forward to! However the sales experience we had today was honestly first class. Toni your sales executive together with her colleague Matt were attentive, highly knowledgeable and friendly. The products and showroom were immaculate and looked professional.
