I visited dreams in Sheldon and the staff were lovely. They new there products and guided us to the best products for our needs

The staff member who served us, Toni, was probably the best person i have ever been served by. Knowledgable, supportive, informative and an appropriate sense of humour. It was a pleasure spending the money / credit

Excellent customer service and excellent product quality

The girls working were extremely helpful and patient with me as I chose the right bed for my disabled Mother. We were looked after from start to finish, hot drinks made, all products available and the utmost professionalism shown despite my Mothers disabilities

Staff were very pleasant and accommodating. Toni, who helped me to choose my product, was very knowledgable and confident in her approach and in the advice she gave me. There was no pressure or hard sell, which was a very welcome relief. Also enjoyed the offer of tea or coffee while choosing.

We were greeted by Steph and we went to have a look around the shop to see what was available. She was there when we needed assistance and wasn’t a pushy saleswoman at all which is how it normally seems to be in most bed and mattress shops! She was great and managed to do us a brilliant deal too. She really paid attention to detail and made various suggestions with regards to head boards etc . Thanks so much for your help Steph!
