The lady who served us was very friendly helpful and informative

Very friendly staff and lou was very helpful and knowledgeable about the different type of beds and also open minded to what we wanted also offered us drinks and wasn't pushy with a sale although at times we seemed to be just walking around in circles trying to make a final decision

The team at Sheldon branch were very helpful without being over bearing. I had as much help as i needed. I was not pressured into items that I did not want and very polite.

We were served by Matthew who was friendly, interested in our requirements, very knowledgeable, available for advice but not imposing.

I was purchasing a wardrobe and drawers on behalf of my brother who has special needs and lives in a residential home…the assistant helped me out about explaining about the product…I purchased one for him before from Dreams but sadly had to leave it behind…she told me I can have the wardrobe without the mirror…which I didn’t want as I was worried about him falling into it…she was very pleasant and offered us a drink while waiting…the purchase went through very quickly

I had been looking around for a king size mattress but wasn't quite ready to order due to renovating my house. I had gone into your store with a friend who was looking for a base I seen the mattress and the gentlemen who served us also helped me pick my mattress. He was very knowledgeable and extremely friendly I will be going back to the store to buy a super king mattress which we have spoken about . He is a credit to your company
