We just needed a single bed for our spare room. Adam pointed us in the right direction and was very helpful. The store was lovely and clean, quiet and welcoming. We spent much more than we wanted to simply because the bed displayed was already 'upgraded'! We had no idea we were going to be paying a further £200 for under bed storage!!

Staff were so friendly and made us feel very welcome and listened to. They were very accommodating and patient despite us being indecisive. Especially Toni.

Friendly staff, good quality products, something for all budgets .. All topped off with a lovely cup of tea.

The purchase of such an important part of the home can cause some anxiety especially as it is an area with a vast range of products available and choosing is daunting !!

Assistance Manoj was very good at his job. He knew when to just let us look around the store and when to come and assist. No pressure was felt to purchase and good sound advise was given and best of all he listened to our needs in comfort and style.

The client I was with today was treated so well by Tony, She was so patient and caring towards her it was a pleasure to see kindness like this from a large ticket company.

Plenty of choice; very (specific) knowledgable assistant, friendly, courteous and cheerful. Ordering was smooth and comprehensive. Delivery date matched to my needs. Looking forward to seeing our new bed very soon.
