Wonderful customer service and very helpful

From the first time I entered the store Adam was of great assistance as was his colleague Matthew.

Been in a few times, found team really friendly and chatty, Matt was very knowledgeable and helped us with our choice

Staff in store came over to us straightaway and although the item we wanted to look at wasn’t available in store they found it for us online and were able to order it.

Clean store, nicely laid out and lots of space to try out and explore the various options

The staff were brilliant, it took me many visits to make my choice on bed and mattress, staff were very friendly and accommodating each visit. My issue was that I had an idea of the bed I wanted and after many visits I purchased a bed which is lovely but not what I originally envisioned. A larger selection of headboard would have been great. I think you should change stock more frequently and show different colours featured in different stores so you don't have to rely on swatch samples. I think the mattresses are very expensive but I'm hoping it was a good purchase. As I say, I cannot fault the staff. Very accommodating!

Very friendly staff

We were seen by Toni who was extremely helpful and friendly and had. Good knowledge of products. All staff were courteous and friendly and nothing was too much trouble.
