Friendly staff, all of them not just Adam who dealt with our requirements. We were offered a hot drink more than once which was nice. Adam was exceptional with his product knowledge an patience. Th process was swift from meeting and greeting at the door through to payment, and no pressure applied when extra add ons were offered but not required. The Dreams sleepmatch system was explained and we took advantage to pick the mattress that was right for us

The staff were all very friendly and knowledgeable, especially Mathew who had assisted us when we made the initial visit at the end of October to see what was available. Due to his assistance we sought him out and as before he was helpful and friendly, he remembered our visit weeks before and promptly showed us the mattress that we were interested in and then took us through the process of buying our mattress. He informed us of our options and most importantly did not make us feel as though he was trying to pressurise us in taking any of them up, this may have soured our sale as neither of us respond well to up selling.
