We were greeted as soon as we entered the store, we were offered refreshments whist we were explaining our needs, there was no rush and were encouraged to try out different beds, all the staff were very happy friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble and we felt very looked after and valued.

The service we received from Adam the sales assistant was outstanding and couldn't have been more helpful, offering us a hot drink on several occasions whilst we were there, and talking very knowledgeably about the products.

The experience was very good and was made so easy by your salesman, who was very informative. It was great to be pointed to the right type of mattress for our needs by for your sleep match machine.

Matt was extremely helpful we came in on Saturday and he did the test to show which mattresses would suit us best and was thorough in describing the pros of each of 6/7 suggestions the test gave us. Then we returned on the Sunday and he helped us choose a suitable ottoman bedframe to go with the mattress we chose from the suggestions on Saturday. The process was painless, he had excellent product and customer knowledge. Answering all our questions of which we had many.

My husband and I needed a new mattress, on entering the Dreams Sheldon store we were greeted by a assistant named Matthew he asked us if we needed any assistance which we did, he offered us the sleep test which we did and pointed us in the right direction as too what mattress we needed. Excellent customer service.

No pressure,easy buying experience

We were given all the information we needed by Adam but he also gave us enough space to make a decision with no pressure.

We were offered beverages and a friendly welcome which made us feel very comfortable trying out the mattresses and we felt there was no pressure, we feel that dreams have always given us great service weather it be in the Birmingham branch or the Crawley branch hence that’s why I always buy from dreams Keep up the good customer service well done

Matthew was great very informative but was not pushy allowed us time to explore and also ask him questions.
