Excellent, friendly, knowledgeable service, Matt was great. Explained everything, Assessed our requirements via the 'bed machine', let us try everything twice over. Had even been to the Harrison Spinks farm where the beds are assembled, so able to give us detailed information about the manufacturing process. Very impressed. Also, wide range of prices, so able to choose the bed and price that suited us. Pus mattress collection service. All good. Nice to be offered a cup of tea as well.

We really enjoyed our bed shopping experience, Adam from the sheldon store really knew what he was doing and went out of his way to make sure we got the right bed. He even solved the problem of my husband sleeping with no pillow on his front by suggesting a small travel pillow to put under his chest... genius!

The assistant Lou at the store in Sheldon Birmingham could not have been more helpful, She was very knowledgeable about the products and she explained the way the equipment in the store could work out which type of mattress we needed. She even made us a very nice cup of tea.

Greeted by friendly staff made us feel very welcome, offered us a hot drink and when making a choice of a bed I was not anyway pressured at all I will definitely recommend ING Sheldon branch to anybody so very pleased with the service
