I went to the Dreams store in Sheldon in Birmingham. the Staff was very friendly and attended to my request immediately. they were helpful in answering my queries and quick to place the order in the store. also they arranged a good delivery date for me. i'm yet to receive the product but i have tested the mattress in the store and it felt very good and comfortable. highly recommend this to anyone else

Toni was amazing friendly and mega helpful, honest hard working and really knew her stuff even but me on the sleepmatch machine was amazing!
