The lady who served us was knowledgeable and helpful, but not too pushy. She gave us advice and then checked availability of the items that we were interested in. Hopefully we will be satisfied with the bed frame and mattress when they arrive.

I was greeted with a smile and a cup of tea. I was shown a variety of Mattresses and what would suit me and my partner. The shop is clean and easy to walk around and well light for all to see.

The assistant Mathew was very considered with helping us attain our requirements for a new mattress. Knowledge was great, and manner was very friendly and helpful

Greeted by Lou who asked if we needed help. She gave us the option of using the investigating bed which we took up. We were then shown appropriate beds and in fact liked the cheaper. There was never any presto but a more expensive mattress.

We were not jumped on as soon as we walked through the door but greeted and told us to ask if we needed help.
