We wasn’t pressured as soon as we entered the store and we were left alone to look around and when we were looking around we were offered a drink.and when we needed assistance we were met by Mathew who was extremely friendly and helpful.

Although I could not get the exact item I wanted I found the staff patient and extremely helpful. I always like going into a store than shopping online. Especially when choosing an item for the home.

We had a really bad experience with Bensons and went back to Dreams. We explained our needs and Toni was brilliant. Personable, professional, just great! Looking forward to getting our new mattress 😃
