Help was offered by a lovely member of staff on arrival. She took me straight to the mattress I asked about and provided PPE so I could try the mattress out. I was then shown to a similar mattress to compare products. I decided on the initial mattress and purchasing the item was quick and pleasant. It was a very hot day and I was offered cold bottled water that was very welcome. Excellent service from start to finish. I can’t wait for my mattress to arrive. Thank you.

We walked in and used the sanitizer that was at the front of the store. Matthew welcomed us in while wearing both mask and gloves, he was polite, friendly and very helpful. I had already looked on line and knew the 4 beds we wanted to look at. I told him the beds and he knew exactly where they were in the showroom. Once we had chosen our bed he advised us on the mattress. Order placed for both and we were very happy with the whole experience.

Assistance was redily available. the store assistant was very friendly, and eager to help,good product knowledge.
