I was welcomed nicely by Toni at the store in Sheldon and I was reminded to sanitise my hands, I wanted a single bed frame and Toni’s knowledge was superb as she knew her stuff and told me the Lucia was the best for my needs. Furthermore I used the SleepMatch which was useful. She also offered me a drink as well. Great customer service.

Help was offered by a lovely member of staff on arrival. She took me straight to the mattress I asked about and provided PPE so I could try the mattress out. I was then shown to a similar mattress to compare products. I decided on the initial mattress and purchasing the item was quick and pleasant. It was a very hot day and I was offered cold bottled water that was very welcome. Excellent service from start to finish. I can’t wait for my mattress to arrive. Thank you.
