We had a warm welcome, was offered a bottle of water, was shown a few options and used the facility to allow us to choose which mattress would be suitable for my daughter. The chap was nice and knew what he was doing.

Secondly the staff were friendly and available to help with my search & give me product information and were not pushy sales personnel.
