Toni was very helpful and greeted us warmly took us straight to what we wanted to look at, chatted about our specific needs and offered us both a hot drink. We also got to try out some of the new products in store. Fantastic visit would highly recommend.

We were approached as we entered, I explained what I required and which mattress we had, the assistant was knowledgable and showed the suitable options to choose from. The order transaction was quick and efficient. I returned to this store having previously purchased a bed and mattress from m you which we have been delighted with.

We are highly satisfied because we went in only wanting to get one mattress however we came out with two very good priced mattresses. Also Toni was very helpful with delivery as we split the mattresses on different deliveries and they ensured us if there was any delays with new home we are able to push back the delivery which is very helpful for us. We also did the sleep match test, which was very informative and helped is pick our second mattress which was very good priced. Everyone was very helpful in the store and hygienic as well which is a nice peace of mind.
