Matt greeted me upon entry and so warm and genuine to discover my needs. Explained the tv beds to me and the benefits of all 3 styles. He then helped with my mattress by using the dream sleep bed. I loved that there was no pressure to buy, he just helped me and I felt so relaxed to make a purchase. Having recently gone through a divorce and starting a fresh, I felt quite nervous making the step to start replacing things and Matt made it such an enjoyable experience and will definitely be back to shop with your store again. He’s a great sales person. But not pushy. I came in for a bed and went out with 3 bed side tables, upgraded to storage and a smart TV and assembly and 8yr cover. I am a district manager in retail and I would have him on my team any day. Thank you Matt and for also making my daughter feel at ease too.
