Good hygiene, everyone kept their distance. Staff had excellent product knowledge and understood our needs. They gave us all the information we needed to make our choice .

The sales rep, Lou, was very helpful and very friendly. She spent time in helping me to understand the difference between the beds and I didn’t feel rushed in any way. I came away feeling more knowledgeable on beds.

Matthew was amazing. He listened to my requirements. Suggested the computerised analysis, which was fantastic. He showed me the recommended mattresses. We discussed each one and settled on a Tempur mattress. The enrire experience was relaxed, knowledgeable, efficient, customer focused, friendly & consultative. No pressure just assistance

Good selection of beds and mattresses. Excellent customer care as well as knowledge of products and understanding of what we wanted, without us necessarily knowing it ourselves.

Buying any sort of furnature can be difficult and needs to be carried out with care, even more important when looking at a bed. My wife and I had a rough idea od what we wanted and prepared for a long haul of salepersons trying to convince us we needed the most expensive item in the shop. NEVER have we been more wrong. From the moment we entered the shop we were treated with respect and care. Lou, the saleperson we worked with mspent time listening to us detailing what we needed and only then made suggestions based on our needs. At no point were we given the hard sell and throughout we felt welcome andcared for. Lou made us cups of tea and showed us the beds she believed met our needs. Lou knew exactly what was on the shop floor and was able to show us the choices. We can not praise Lou highly enough, she was a real assett to Dreams.

Lou at Sheldon branch was extremely helpful and guided me through the process. Used the analyser so i picked the correct mattress. She offered me a pillow to try with every bed I tried, resulting in me actually buying one . Very helpful and even offered me a cup of tea whilst I made my decision. Very pleased.

The staff I dealt with directly were helpful, attentive and very pleasant to deal with. The experience was one of assistance rather than a hard sell, and I was given their time with no pressure. Additional products were highlighted but not pushed. The interaction between staff members as a team was also happy and jovial which gave the store a good atmosphere in general.

Very pleasant lady toni answered all my questions she was friendly and professional. Was offered a hot drink helped me to the car with my purchases. Manager very good also.
