The lady, I think her name was Lou, was first class. Very friendly and no real hassle etc. Made the whole thing a piece of cake!

The sales assistant who helped us knew exactly what I needed and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need which is so refreshing. It was a mattress for my daughter so made the whole experience so much easier.
