All the staff was polite and friendly. We were served by Lou and Matt on both visits to your Sheldon Store who were very helpful but not pushy in our choice of purchase, we was given a nice hot drink when we arrived. Pleasant atmosphere. Would recommend this store to friends and family.

I was welcomed by a friendly lady called Toni. She was very helpful, I felt she gave us a good customer experience and helped us to understand our requirements which really helped us in making an informed decision about what to buy. We looked around and took our time ,any questions we had she answered, very friendly lady and an asset to dreams!

The gentleman greeted us as we walked in the store and introduced himself. Explained where everything was and left us to look around. Was on hand when we had question to ask and advised us on products. Was polite and helpful. Delivery time was great
