Dreams where very helpful in ensuring the measurements and dimensions where all correct for the size of the room. Explaining the lead times on the orders that we had placed, making sure that all our orders would arrive at the same time.

Very helpful staff in understanding our needs. No Hard sell, we were left alone to make our choice, all in a very friendly atmosphere.

Assistant was very helpful and patient whilst serving us. Really appreciated her help.

Every one was helpful perlite and dident mind spending time to show all the beds I wanted to see and every body made me so welcome and give me cold water and hot drink and still got there jobs done !!!

I visited the Dreams Sheldon store in Birmingham yesterday after having made the appointment online a day prior. Lou the sales person was very friendly, truthful, patient and ready to assist. I loved the Dreams patented mattress assessment it was wonderful to have had that assessment to decide what mattress firmness would be best for my neck, back, hips and legs problems. I found all staff to be very friendly, especially Lou.
