Very good Service I've ordered before for a new mattress And went back to get a new single bed ,

After choosing the bed and spending £1200 + we were told the order would be ready for Saturday 10th June only to return home to a phone call explaining it would be 10th July next availability. This is unacceptable and then not even offered any form of financial compensation for the inconvenience not great service at all this is why I'm dissatisfied with my experience with Dreams.

Was very satisfied - staff were welcoming and friendly. Wanted to order as was in a hurry. Toni helped me and got the paperwork done with very quickly. I called to change the product and add another product this was done effectively and I had no problems. I am a revisting customer have brought my last 4 beds from you

I feel like I had been lied to I asked if there was free delivery if I ordered this bed on-line and was told no after checking on line when I got home I found it did have free delivery

Very courteous and pleasant staff, no hard sale involved, also staff knowledge was impeccable, would recommend store to family and friends
