If it wasn't for the helpful lady that served us we wouldn't I know where to look for what we wanted.

The assistant clearly explained the options available.

Our purchase of the mattress was perfectly fine and was conducted perfectly well and efficiently. I also wanted a mattress cover\ protector but another male assistant was working in front of those shelves and did not offer to move out of my way so that I could browse to my satisfaction. Instead he told me which he used and very much tried to push me to this choice instead of letting me look at the choices properly. I didn't bother! This really spoilt an otherwise we'll conducted sale by the girls in store.

When mattress was delivered and me and my partner unwrapped product was a rip on it.

everything was ok initially until the delivery came! we ordered a double sized ottoman bed, but when it was delivered and assembly started, it then became apparent that the bed was in fact a king-size, which was too big for our bedroom! the delivery personel telephoned their office and it then became apparent the staff in store where we ordered the bed had made the error ! we now await the bed to be collected and replaced in six days time. this is most inconvienient but we have a spare room to sleep in so all was not lost!! these things happen from time to time, but it would not deter us from shopping at dreams in the future!

There were no problems to deal with very easy to decide what we wanted and the price was right and estimated time for delivery. Perhaps if there had been problems to deal with and they were dealt with in the best possible way I would have put Highly Saisfied.
