During the visit I was looking at a sale items which I asked the assistant if the price was really ever going to increase she agreed it was and then later on admitted that it was in fact a mattress that had been designed to be in an offer. This is after I had agreed the purchase, also was promised delivery before Christmas and once I had ordered was told that actually would be post Christmas which really isn't very good customer service as I had no choice not to go ahead as ur policy states no cancellations which I don't think is really acceptable.

I don't like having to pay for delivery I think it should be free as how else am I suppose to get a double bed and mattress home

Not too many colours and designs to choose from

the service and attention were very good from the fellow serving us, but the rest of the staff seemed watching every that was going on and i thought this was not very professional.

It would be nice if there were more offers on a wider range of mattresses, when we looked in store the majority we looked at were full price

Product was sold though out of stock. Your system only picked problem when arranging delivery. Offered product which was on display and problem was solved. Still waiting for dry slates for bed.

The bed frame we wanted was expensive but beautiful. We wanted to see it so travelled from Oldbury to Sheldon where it was on show. The staff, particularly Nicola, were extremely helpful and friendly, and made the customer service experience Highly satisfactory. However, the delivery charge, assembly charge, springy slat charge, warranty charge, bed removal charge (declined), Saturday delivery charge (waived) made the bill a lot more than we intended to pay. Plus the fact that our bed frame was the only one not discounted! We are satisfied with our purchase but spent too much money to be highly satisfied on this occasion!!

As the item purchased was a mattress I cannot state that I was highly satisfied until years from now so I can place a comfort value to the price. The price was higher than I wanted to pay so do not at this moment know whether I have overspent or in years from now will realise that it was worth every penny as a goods nights sleep in invaluable.

There is always room for improvement!
