i was satisfied with my Dreams experience, I think it isn't polite to ask why I wasn't highly satisfied. The question would intimate that something must have been wrong for me to score Satisfied, there was nothing wrong with the what I experienced.

I was looking for a bed and 2 mattress. due to the unavailability of the second mattress. was unable to do to put an order. so the Friendly staff was very kind and informed me and that she will be able to place the order on the second day if the stock arrives on time so I will receive it on the same delivery date rather than 2. As per conversation we completed the order on second day and did online payment via phone but unable to print as invoice. When contacted due to the system is not allowing them to print the invoice they have send me the screen print which is showing all the items I bought .

We are very happy with the service we got at dreams.toni.our shop assistant .knew all.about the beds ets.mattress. what we wanted.everyone was very friend and happy.our kids .asking everyone questions. They where all happy to answer and help.very easy.just what you want.qe walked in.toni came over.saying hi.telling us about .deals then gave us time to look.was there to ask any questions. No Pressure

The only reason I was not highly satisfied was because I had been quoted a price for a bed before Christmas and I waited before ordering this bed until your half price sale in January. I did make a very small saving, but did not get my new bed half price ! ! !

I was informed that a representative from Dreams would be contacting me the next day to agree delivery date, however, towards the close of business I hadn't heard anything so I had to contact the store.

I have only had my new matress 1 week, I used the new electronic machine in shop to shortlist it also it was the one that both myself & the assistant had shortlisted after listening to my needs. howver 1 week later I am still experiencing the pains that led me to purchase a new mattress in the first place. to this end I am not in a position to be highly satisfied & am currently evaluating wether I will be using your exchange service.
