Visited the week before and were well assisted by Lou who was professional yet friendly and not at all pushy. Given a quote but my son wanted his girlfriend to see the bed before making a final decision. Came back the next Saturday as we had asked when Lou was working but when she put the order into the system the price had gone up by £100 even though the store signage was still showing the extra discount. Lou apologised that she was unable to override the system. I feel you should have honoured the price quoted and displayed

My only gripe was the next day after ordering my harris mattress for £139 it was dropped to £109. I only found this out as i have a policy of checking. The staff themselves were very good and had no problem aquiring the price difference as a refund. For this reason i will return to dreams, if the price promise was not honoured you would not have my customer again.

The only reason is that delivery is over 4 weeks from point of order and we have to pay for set up of the bed but the cost we are paying this should have been included in the price

Highly satisfied suggests a very good customer experience. I was treated well once entering the store but had to find the assistant to gain what I wanted. I was not approached in the store to ask if I need help with anything.

You don’t offer finance lower than £500 that seems unfair even when someone is a returning customer. Only option is you pay a deposit but can’t have the item till bill is cleared. You have to understand some months are better than others for an average UK household. Dreams should be flexible with items lower than £500 for finance.
