The staff were very helpful and friendly, this made the experience veryenjoyable even gave us a cup of tea!

I was served by a lady called Toni, I have mobility problem and she was fantastic, she took her time to help me, she showed me lots of different mattresses, we decided a divan would be best as iam a big girl, she offered me coffee as she did all the forms, really lovely lady, nothing was to much trouble

Myself and my partner visited a few shops on Saturday looking for a new ottoman bed firstly started in Solihull as we were over that way, We visited benson 4 beds and they were very pushy and had no other customers, then went to dreams in Solihull, which surprisingly was not asked by any staff for any service we continued around the whole shop and realised that they weren’t interested. Anyway on the way home we decided even though the service was unavailable in Solihull we will go to the Sheldon branch, after a few minutes of browsing we were served by a lovely lady who was very knowledgeable and was interchanging between customers which gave us time to make decisions in private on which bed we liked we got offered tea/coffee as well which is a nice touch but we did decline as we had to get home So to summarise we were highly satisfied by Sheldon store but Highly dissatisfied with service at Solihull

I would not return to this specific branch, as I live more locally to Shrewsbury Dreams. I was disappointed to have to travel 1hr to see the particular bed we were interested in (Murphy Ottoman) but I understand you can't have all beds on show everywhere
