Staff were polite,friendly and from the moment we entered the store the staff left us to have a look round without pressuring us. They asked if we needed anything and to let them know. Once we decided and spoke to a member of staff try were very helpful and provided us with the relevant information. Again whilst we were deciding on which bed to make the staff were patient and didn't Rush us in anyway. We was even offered a cup of tea whe were completing te paper work.

Helpful assistant who made sure the bed we bought fit our needs. Delivery: on date booked and in time slot alloacated with call before hand to let us know. we paid for assembly as well; which was carried out by Dan & Gav. , which was quick and excellent and they cleaned up all the packaging which left us with nothing to tidy up afterwards. Excellent!!!

The Manager Dermot was very friendly, answered all my questions on bedding. Went around with me showing bargins.

We found that the assistant knew the right bed for what needed She was friendly and knowlegable about the product and got us the best day for delivery

Great service friendly staff

The salesperson Tracey was extremely helpful and courteous without being pushy in any way. She was informative about the Tempur products, supplied the info we asked for plus things we did'n know! We also liked the fact she then left us to browse and discuss between ourselves before returning to ask if there was anything else she could help us with. All the staff in the branch were really helpful and friendly and seemed to want to help the customers. Impressed!

Pleasant friendly staff, competitive price.

The attendant was friendly and knowledgeable. He understood what we needed and catered for my difficult teenagers. When I was handed over to another attendant it was done very smoothly without problem.
