Impressed with the stock, prices and staff assistance and friendliness and helpfulness to. I was particularly impressed with Toni at the Birmingham Sheldon branch.

I was planning on attending the Coventry store but on calling it was purely a voicemail stating they were not taking calls due to the spring sale. I wanted to visit a store which had in the show room the bed I was looking to purchase, I called the Sheldon store and was told they did have it. I attended this morning and was greeted by Dermot and served by Tracey who were both polite, extremely helpful. It was a pleasure to attend your store.

Very friendly and helpful staff who explained the firmess of the nmattress, and the best type for our bed, also did not feel any pressure to buy.

I do not make purchases quickly and have visited the store a couple of times to look at items on display and discuss options. Each time Tracey and the team have been really helpful, friendly and patient, recognising that I may not wish to make a purchase that day. Due to Tracey's customer service along with the team - they won the purchase. Thank you.

I have suffered from back and hip problems in the last 6 months and the staff in Dreams Sheldon where very helpful in pointing out the best beds for my problem. We were shown product uses, the Tempur mattress protector was put in a bed and water spilt on to it to show us how protective it is.

While looking around the store we were asked if we needed any help because we could not see the product we required. The assistant then showed some beds that had what we required we tried them out,we liked what we saw and bought the bed.
