I thinkwhen buying a bed , it's so important you get it right . The assistant at the store really understands thus and quickly assessed what we wanted . She was very knowledgeable and put us at ease . I wish all large stores had such lovely staff . I would recommend to friends solely because I felt I was treated the way a customer should be .

I visited the store and tried out a few mattresses and was shown a great selection. I later ordered the mattress by calling the store and my details were taken right away. The delivery availability was excellent as I needed the mattress before bank holiday. Before the delivery I was given a call for my 2 hour slot, I asked if they could call me 15 mins before arrival in which they did so. Overall excellent customer service. Very happy!

We were very impressed with our experience at Dreams in Sheldon today. The store staff were very friendly and it was a very relaxed experience (very important when buying a bed!) The cups of tea were a particularly nice touch. Nicola was particularly attentive to our needs and explained the products extremely well in a clear and concise manner. What we particularly liked was that we didn't feel under pressure to buy which, historically, has put us off buying from other stores. We will definetly be recommending the Dreams Sheldon store to our friends and colleagues after the help and assistance that we received from Nicola. We will also be going back again when we need further bed related products. The price we got our frame, mattress, pillows for we felt was good value for money and very competitive. I was offered assistance not long after walking into the store. The person I spoke to answered all my questions and was very accommodating, even moving furniture in the store allowing me to see it next to my bed if choice and also allowing me to sit on various mattresses. When placing my order and leaving the deposit everything was explained clearly to me.

I called into to look at the furniture and pick up a brochure. I was asked very nicely if I needed any help. When I say nicely it really was just that, not in your face. I was listened too not talked over which happens so much in stores. I looked at some of the furniture on online as the store has very limited pieces checked sizes etc. website very good too. I went back to the store with my list of pieces, spoke to the store manager, who is just perfect at his job and he introduced me to the assistant who would be taking my order. The manager fetched me a cup of tea (not out of a machine). The assistant took my order and delivery details etc, explaining each thing she was doing and why. She then printed off the details, and went through it with me highlighting important details for me. Excellent service.
