All round good experience.

we were able to make our selection without being pestered, but the staff were on hand to answer any questions

The assistant that helped (Nicola at the Sheldon store) was fantastic very helpful and was the only reason I purchased at the store please don't forget your staff without them your knackered!!!

Having viewed the product online I was happy to find it in store and was shown how the product worked (Valencia single bed with guest bed). I was also shown a number of mattresses within my price range and given ample opportunity to try them out.

We found the items that we both liked equally and the assistant was helpful and knowlegable without being pushy or over bearing

Nicola, the sales assistant, was very friendly and knowledgeable of the product.She was not a high pressure sales person and we were given ample time to look at our produce.She is a credit to your company.Thanks very much.

David the sales advisor was very competent he explained things clearly. this is the first time i have gone in a shop and was happy with the service.

The assistant Nicola was really helpful and friendly but not at all pushy or in your face as Some assistants can be. Pushy assistants are a definite turn off for me and I always leave without making a purchase if that is the case. Buying a bed is a nerve wracking experience but thanks to Nicola it turned into a most enjoyable and satisfying experience.

the sales girl was very friendly jovial knew her job and products very well and most helpful would go to toni again fore help.
