I ws assessed as soon as I said thatI wantedto purchase a bed. I was informed that a 4feet bed would be ideal for me.The decision on the advice of the sale person helped me to make upmy mind. I hope the product I purchase will be as good as quoted.

Was after a particular mattress, they had it in the show room and were able to offer delivery within 7 days. The sales assistant was very helpful and accomodating towards my requests.

We found what we were looking for straight away, at a very good price. The assistant, Tracy, was extremely helpful in creating the perfect package (bed, headboard etc) that suited our requirements, and in arranging delivery with free assembly. Tracy was also very friendly, making this a very pleasurable shopping experience.

we were assisted as soon as we entered the shop by sales assistant Tracey who was very knowledgeable about all the different types of mattress's and bed base's, she was very pleasant and helpful and explained everything about dreams service's in detail.

i visited sheldon twice, the first time i spoke to a lady called toni, i explaind i had a very small budget but she still treated me like i mattered, she showed me lots of mattreses in my price range but delivery was to long, we then decided to have a look at the sale mattreses in store, i picked one but had to go away to sort out having it picked up from store, toni was great never pushy just very helpful, the manager even helped put it in the car, great treatment for the guys at sheldon, proves customer service isnt Dead!!! thanks
