I've had two back operations in the past couple of years so I was in need of a very supportive mattress. As soon as my sister mentioned my problems to the staff they were incredibly knowledgable and helpful. They obviously deal with a lot of bad backed people but they really understood it which I didn't experience in any other mattress shop - and we visited a lot of mattress shops! Not only that but the staff were bubbly fun and persuasive, I could book the delivery whenever I wanted and I even bought a cloud pillow (which I never planned to do but I'm so glad I did). The delivery team arrived when they said they would and put it exactly where I needed it. It is now a real pleasure to go to bed and that is thanks to Dreams.

The assistance Tracey was very patient with us as we explaned the problems we had finding the right matteress she was very knoledgable and showed us all types and there plenty to choose from. She also made sure we were completely satified before we made the purchase
